It 'not literally collapsed after 15 months.HP faith in their products:
Started a small crack near the hinge and the screen literally split which makes it impossible to close and then just stopped working all together.
This laptop has been very diligent care and not abused or abandoned.
We took it to Best Buy and said they would last much longer and would have said clearly has never dropped or mistreated.
Went round and round with HP to no avail. Do not stand by their products. Best Buy gave us a $ 100 off a new laptop because they felt bad
situation and we obviously do not buy another HP and never will be!

physically and function-wise, the battery is the worst on this laptop.
This is a solid rectangular piece that protrudes a ridiculous way to the back of the notebook,
the creation of a slope (not so) light on the handset.
the same track, I can forgive.
but the battery weighs more modest, this notebook is very light as it seems.
I think this way about 7-8 pounds of laptop half of which comes from the battery alone.
As a student who needs to carry this laptop + other education bodies every day is really a negative.

I afresh purchased this HP 14.1 inch computer. I absolutely like the laptop: its beautiful look, and its size. The alone affair I was not blessed with is the cost afterwards I accomplished that it’s basically an abandoned shell.
