Purchased this anthology in mid-December. It was new defective; however, did not superior for Amazon’s “dead on arrival” police, so I was larboard to accord with Acer — and the acquaintance has been a nightmare. After alive assorted activity affairs with Tech Support, I was directed to address the anthology to Acer adjustment in Texas, insured, at my amount (which amount $52.55). Acer adjustment “fixed” the anthology and alternate it to me. When I booted it up the aboriginal time, it bootless in an identical manner. Even admitting Acer adjustment claimed “thorough testing,” there is no way they could accept rebooted the notebook, as it fails 100% of the time. I asked for my money back. No. I asked for a backup machine. No. The anthology is now in Texas getting “repaired” already again. Although I purchased this anthology in mid-December 2009, I accept yet to acquaintance a alive Acer 3810TZ notebook.
